- 1 / 5By Olivia BrunsAwful service. Ordered at 7:15, it's 9:11 now, no sign of food. We've called twice and have been told it is on it's way twice. Unacceptable. The lady on the phone was also incredibly rude, and did not seem to see any issue with this wait time. Do not order from this location.
Update: it's 9:39 now, I called to cancel, he said 5 minutes, I called back and he immediately put me on hold. Called from a different phone and they picked right up. They claimed they got the address wrong. I canceled it, and then on my way to get dinner, I get a call saying they will remake the food and it will be here in 30 minutes. They are apparently having trouble with the system now instead of getting the address wrong. They said they'll cancel the payment from my card and send the new food free. At this point that does not fix anything.September 11, 2016
